By using the Omaha Trash Valet website or subscribing to any service plan, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services
Omaha Trash Valet provides recurring trash bin rollout and return services for approved service areas within Omaha, Nebraska and surrounding areas.

Memberships and Billing
Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Shopify Payments and Appstle Subscriptions. Customers may cancel future renewals at any time through the customer portal.

Service Availability
Service is only available within approved service areas. Omaha Trash Valet reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel service outside of our operating area.

Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring bins remain accessible and safe to service. Locked gates, blocked bins, aggressive animals, unsafe weather, or inaccessible conditions may delay or prevent service.

Weather and Collection Delays
Omaha Trash Valet follows the Omaha Waste Management collection and servicing schedule. Service timing may change due to weather, holidays, or city collection delays.

Limitation of Liability
Omaha Trash Valet is not responsible for delays or missed service caused by unsafe conditions, weather events, city collection changes, inaccessible bins, or circumstances outside our control.

Changes to Service
We reserve the right to modify pricing, service areas, policies, or operational procedures at any time.
