Refund Policy

Omaha Trash Valet memberships are billed monthly for recurring trash valet services.

Customers may cancel their membership anytime to stop future billing.

Refunds are not guaranteed for partial months, completed services, missed customer access, or unused service periods.

If Omaha Trash Valet is unable to service your address due to service area restrictions or operational limitations, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
