Use the secure customer portal below to manage your Omaha Trash Valet membership.
Inside the customer portal you can:
- Cancel your membership
- Update payment information
- View billing details
- Manage your subscription
To access your customer portal, please use the same email address used during signup.
How To Cancel Your Membership
1. Open the customer portal using the button below.
2. Enter the email address used during signup.
3. Select your active membership.
4. Choose “Cancel Subscription.”
5. Follow the confirmation steps to complete cancellation.
Membership cancellations stop future billing but do not automatically refund previous payments or completed services.
