Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Omaha Trash Valet memberships are recurring monthly service subscriptions that automatically renew until canceled.

Customers may cancel their membership at any time through the customer account portal before the next billing cycle. Cancellation will stop future recurring charges but does not automatically refund previous payments or completed services.

Membership services are provided on a recurring basis according to the selected service plan and applicable service schedule.

Omaha Trash Valet reserves the right to cancel or refuse service for addresses outside approved service areas or for unsafe service conditions.
