Terms of Membership

Omaha Trash Valet provides weekly trash bin rollout and return service for customers located within our current service area.

Monthly Membership
Memberships are billed monthly and continue until canceled. By starting a membership, you agree to recurring monthly billing for the selected plan.

Service Area
Service is currently available only within approved Omaha, Nebraska service areas. If your address is outside our service area, we may cancel and refund your membership.

Customer Responsibility
Customers must make sure bins are accessible on scheduled service days. Gates must be unlocked, pets secured, and bins placed where they can be safely accessed.

Service Includes
Your membership includes weekly bin rollout before pickup and bin return after collection for the number of bins included in your selected plan.

Weather and Access
Service may be delayed or skipped due to unsafe weather, blocked access, locked gates, loose pets, construction, or other unsafe conditions.

Cancellation
You may cancel your membership anytime. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund past payments for services already scheduled or completed.

Refunds
Refunds are reviewed case by case. If we are unable to service your address, we may issue a refund or cancel the membership.
