No. As long as your bins are accessible, we handle the rest.


What areas do you currently serve?
We currently serve Omaha, Nebraska only.


How much does the service cost?
We offer monthly memberships based on the number of bins serviced.


1 Bin Plan — $19/month
2 Bin Plan — $29/month
3 Bin Plan — $39/month


Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Memberships can be canceled anytime.


What if I have more than 3 bins?
Please contact us for custom service pricing.


What happens during bad weather or holidays?
Omaha Trash Valet follows the Omaha Waste Management collection and servicing schedule. If trash collection is delayed due to weather or city service changes, our service schedule may also be adjusted accordingly.


Do you service gated communities?
Yes, as long as we have proper access information.
